Donna Reiss


WordsWorth2 Consulting

Donna Reiss has more than 30 years experience as a writer and editor with a special emphasis on restaurant and food critiques, news, and trends; cookbooks; and food-related travel. She has written feature articles about a range of general interest-lifestyle topics such as profiles of newsworthy people. She has edited books and articles on popular and scholarly topics, including a series of pictorial histories of American cities and two scholarly book collections. Academics

Donna Reiss currently coordinates the LitOnline Project at Clemson University. She is Professor Emeritus of English at Tidewater Community College (TCC) where during 25 years she directed the Writing Center and Writing-Across-the-Curriculum, Online Learning, and Distributed Teaching and Learning. Her experience includes writing and editing of scholarly articles and book chapters, two book collections, and keynote talks, presentations, and workshops in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand with a focus on using electronic communication and digital portfolios for active learning.
